Sizer crusher is a low speed, high torque through type screening crusher (50-80 rpm). According to the crushed material and the particle size of the crushed material, the rotational linear speed of the tooth tip of the crusher’s toothed roller can be as low as 0.8 meters/second (primary crushing) and not more than 1.8 meters/second (third/fourth stage crushing). By using low rotational speed, high torque, and different tooth shapes to achieve the final product particle size required by users, and reducing the possible over crushing to a minimum, the crushing of high hardness ores is met. Its typical structure is motor – fluid coupling – reducer – toothed roll shaft assembly and crushing chamber box.
The working principle of this machine is to rely on the effects of impact shearing and impact stretching, causing the shear force to generate a huge crushing force along the weak and fragile parts of the material, causing it to break. The material is discharged between two crushing rollers and the comb plate on the side wall. After crushing, the product is controlled by this gap and will not produce too large particles. The material that already contains qualified particle size in the feed is quickly discharged and is not affected by crushing. It has good particle size control and screening effect, and the product particle size is uniform.
